Stir fry! First attempt in a long time results in huge cloud of smoke in the kitchen.... why? Because I forgot you cannot use canola oil at high temperatures. It tends to turn into a big smoky mess in the pot. Oops. Attempt number 2 with sesame oil (about halfway down in the "below 375" list) was much better. Whew.
So the fry itself was with frozen mixed veggies, chicken, and spicy kung pao sauce. Nothing I concocted myself, so I'd rate the meal decent but not impressive.
