I've made several new soups over the past few weeks, thanks to a glut of veggies.
Los Poblanos organics is a farm and CSA in Albuquerque, and they offer a very laid back arrangement: you can purchase a weekly basket of produce for $25, which they say is enough for meals for a family of 4 for a week. Many CSAs force you to buy shares a season or an entire year at a time, but not Los Poblanos - week by week is fine with them, or you can buy 10 weeks in advance and get the 11th free. You can even get your basket every other week, and they don't complain one little bit. AND, you can see on the website 2 days in advance what will be in the basket that week. Love them!
