Okay, I might have to declare a tie, because its actually somewhere in between galinusa and angela:
At Harry's Roadhouse in Santa Fe, this is their "homemade ice cream sandwich", in the flavor Chocolate Peanut Butter (they also have vanilla). I declare a tie because technically galinusa is correct in that it is ice cream between carb, but angela is more on the mark in that it is as RICH as fudge. The chocolate peanut butter ice cream was premium and dense, and the 'cookie' layer was 1/4" of fudgey brownie.
Wow-ee-wow, was it good.
