A Year in Gelato
One of my most favorite food blogs of all time is celebrating its one year anniversary today.

Here is my ode to Melissa at Traveler's Lunchbox:

A HUGE happy birthday to your blog - for being just one year old (heck, when it was a few months' old!) it is one of the most put-together, easy-to-read, gorgeous food blogs out there.

I still can't thank you enough for setting me on my cocoa gelato fanaticism, and for showing me the way with many new dishes both savory and sweet.

Cheers. I will raise a glass to you at my favorite restaurant when I celebrate MY birthday later this week.

*grin*

Talk at me:
Aww, thank you!! I can't believe I singlehandedly inspired such gelato fanaticism, but of course I'm thrilled to have done so. I haven't made the gelato myself in quite a while, but next time I do, I'm going to take your suggestion and add some sweetened condensed milk. Somehow it makes everything taste better, doesn't it? ;)

And of course, a very happy birthday to you too, and I hope you have a most wonderful meal to celebrate!
