Breakfast of Ze Champion
One of my favorite "out" breakfasts - as opposed to "in" breakfasts which are almost always porridge - is to order one pancake and 2 eggs over medium.

If the cafe is understanding of my strange request, they will further fulfill my assembly instructions and deliver the eggs on top of the pancake. This saves a plate, table space, and forces them to confront the true nature of my freakish menu combination.

When all is assembled, liberal amounts of salt are applied to the eggs, and the whole thing is eaten in slices, with egg yolk performing its glorious duty as syrup-replacement.

Then, one of the highest likely sources of celebrity sperm-donors on my non-existant list, goes ahead and makes a little video of his own invention: the Pankegg.

[Note that this should technically be spelled Pancegg, but then there is too much confusion over if it ought to be pronounced "panss-egg", so the hard K must remain.]

Now, could you call that serendipity?

Never heard of zefrank before you blogged about him -- and now I'm in love! My office is now looking into bringing him to campus in the fall to speak!

That's just freakin hilarious!! Actually sounds delicious. I have friends visiting in from out of town that will no doubt want at least one breakfast out. I think I have a plan now! Thanks!
