D, Dearly Departed
Mmmmm, mackerel...
So apparently despite eating a fair amount of fatty fish and getting what seems like an unhealthy amount of sunlight per week (by running 6-8 hours outdoors), my blood just isn't carrying enough Vitamin D in it to ensure that:

  1. My bones don't rot away
  2. My teeth stay in place and my gums don't recede
  3. The *ahem* lower-GI tract stays pretty healthy

So where the heck is it all going? Hmph.

Oh well, I'm starting up with 2000IU daily as of yesterday, courtesy of Food Hole, whom I just wish would let themselves kill aquatic spiders for my dinner like they were meant to!

Ok, this is a soft-shelled crab, but what a good opportunity to showcase Noda's Japanese Cuisine!
