At Tenacity we have two different free weight areas. Our smaller free weight area is in the back with dumbbells, benches and a squat rack.
Our larger free weight area is in the front of the gym where we have 5 additional racks, more dumbbells (up to 125lbs), and half a dozen barbells (we have barbells for men, women and beginners).
In addition we have a hexbar (trap bar) and thousands of pounds of barbell plates. We have flat benches and adjustable angle benches.
We also have sandbags, weighted vests, and a variety of old-school lifting tools.
